Adding a video card to my computer any suggestions?

My current computer specs are:

windows 7 64-bit

motherboard: is M4A89GTD pro/usb3

CPU: amd phenom II x4 975 processor

PSU: 450 watts but will upgrade if necessary to fit the video card



I am looking to sped around $120 on a video card for my computer. I usually play FPS, MMORPG, and RTS games. any suggestions will be good
