What is a good USB capture card for recording video games with a decent price?

I would like to record Let's Play videos and game reveiws. I will mostly be recording playstation and playstation 2 games from my PS2. Althrough I may do a few Xbox 360 games. I am using a laptop so it must be USB. It does not have to be the greatest quality recordings, but I would rather it be decent quality. A decent price would be nice as well.|||Check out Roxio's Game Capture software. Not sure if it'll work for PS2, though.
