Why is the dvi socket in my video card is different in colors, black and white?

what is the meaning of the difference in colors in the dvi slot? where should my crt monitor plug-in? 17 inch.



i already tried both but nothing changes.. my video card is sparkle geforce 9600gso 384mb..

So, just pick one.|||there is no difference.the different coloring only signifies that the card has a dual dvi output.there is no difference between the two.just that you can hook up two monitors on the one card
