Agp video card with new computer under construction?

Motherboard I am using said I can only use a 1.5 volt AGP video card. I have a x1600pro by ATI but I have been told it is 3 volt. Ebay cards do not seem to list voltage----I am using this for design graphics/ some 3D. Any suggestions on boards???? Thanks!!|||http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/…
